I Have Had Sperm Analysis Three Times Now, All Of

I have had sperm analysis three times now, all of them showed that I have 100% dead sperm but the volume is always above 88million. What can be the cause and how can it be revived. I have had biopsy which showed that the sperms are all their in my testicles. Please help me what do I do?
