I Have Had Spots Over 90% Of My Body. One

I have had spots over 90% of my body. One doctor gave me some cream, after 3 tubes nothing changed. After one year has now passed if have dermotoglist appointment in 2 months. The spots are round no bigger than a quarter. Sometimes thy feel like a slight sunburn. Pease help.
