I Have Had Stomach Upset For Over A Week. Some

I have had stomach upset for over a week. Some pain/discomfort in stomach, gas, bloating. Feeling sickish, no fever, unless it is very low. My concern is the length of time being for a week. I have soreness in back/side on the left, not right. Could it be gall bladder?
