I Have Had Surgery For Acid Reflux. They Did A

I have had surgery for acid reflux. They did a full stomach wrap due to my severe case. My acid reflux is not near as bad now but I have been having problems waking up in the night with spasms and gasping for air. At first I was thinking it might be sleep apnea but this is also happening some during the day. I feel like my throat is not functioning properly with determining air or food. I also notice that it happens when I feel gassy and when I belch it relieve it some. I feel as though the gas is full in my stomach and coming up my throat kind of like the acid was but now it is gas. I am scheduled for an at home sleep study but this doesn't happen all of the time and I'm afraid the study won't revile the problem possibly. Do you recognize these symptoms? Thank you.
