I Have Had Swelling And Intense Pain In My Ankles

I have had swelling and intense pain in my ankles and feet , and my blood pressure has always been almost perfect till the last 2 months, now its getting higher each day since the swelling and pain started in my feet, ..do I need to see my doctor soon..
