I Have Had Swollen Lumps On My Chest, My Armpits

I have had swollen lumps on my chest, my armpits and my throat for over four weeks now. And recently I have had a swollen spot on either side of my groin (f). I had been sick but I am now completely better for over a week, should I be worried.

I also have pains in my head, chest, ribs, back and shoulders, could this be connected or nothing at all, it's definitely not an injury.
