I Have Had Swollen Lymph Glands Off And On For

I have had swollen lymph glands off and on for the last six months, in the neck and under left arm more have moved to groin area. also enlarge spleen. Have had blood test to check for mono nothing. Now having ct scan chest along with ct scan abd and pelvis region. should I be doing anything else. My age is 19.
