I Have Had Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Neck For

I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for 5 days. I had a low fever, night sweats, fatigue and body aches. Night 4 I coughed all night so Day 5 I went to urgent care. Dr said could he see blisters. Negative rapid strep test and also negative blood mono test. I was prescribed mucinex d and antibiotics. Dr thought possible strep pneumonia or tonsillitis with sinus infection. I had my tonsils removed ten years ago. I would like a second opinion and are antibiotics proper for these symptoms?
