I Have Had Symptoms Of Lower Back Pain And Right

I have had symptoms of lower back pain and right lower abdominal pain for 6 weeks. I had ultrasound on kidneys, CT Scan on lower abdomen and lower back (1 scan done). I started taking muscle relaxers yesterday and I still have the pain in my lower abdomen, mostly right side, and pain in lower back when the affect of the relaxer wears off. No one can determine what is wrong with me. what further test should I take?
