I Have Had Ten Years Of Disfiguring Skin Lesions, Fatigue,

I have had ten years of disfiguring skin lesions, fatigue, symmetrical joint and muscle Pain and weakness, fatigue, and not getting diagnosed. Have RA, niddm, ?lupus, oral lichen planus, sudden onset strabismus. Treated for sporotrichosis with no improvement. Steroids, didn't help. Lesions are disseminated, ulcerative, initially conical, deplete skin and leave hypo pigmented scars. Lesions are filled with tubular bodies coming from edges preventing healing. Have severe itching prior to breakthrough. Live in wooded area. Used to garden. Now no energy.
