I Have Had Tendinitis All My Life But Recently I

I have had tendinitis all my life but recently I have had pounding like my heart beat. I do not have high blood presure. all my blood test come out good. I have had several stents over the years. I am 80 years old. It is keeping me awake. I have some pain in that side of my head but the biggest problem is the contant beating.
