I Have Had Terrible Itching My Private Area For Months.

I have had terrible itching my private area for months. Diagnosed as yeast infection. Treated with rx meds, but came right back. Was on antibiotics for another issue and it subsided until I went off them. It came back. Urine strong odor and sometimes cloudy. No other pain or discomfort. Itch not seem vaginal but more urinary centered.
