I Have Had Terrible Pain In My Stomach. Soomin Bad

I have had terrible pain in my stomach. Soomin bad that it feels like I have had shingles on the outside of my stomach. Tests show I have bile coming from my small intestine going back into my stomach. My question is how long does it take to get rid of this? I am taking Carafate, Asiphex, and still no help. I eat a bland diet also. Would appreciate knowing if this can be helped.
