I Have Had The Implanon For Three Months And Have

I have had the Implanon for three months and have not received a period in the last two. Lately I feel like I need to urinate much more frequently and have been going to the bathroom much more often- these changes are consistent with the timing of my last period. Right now I am experiencing some mild cramping in my uterus. I realize my chances of pregnancy are very, very slim and that "symptoms" are also side effects of the Implanon, but should I take a test to be on the safe side?
