I Have Had The Feeling Of Food Stuck In My

I have had the feeling of food stuck in my throat for 4 months. I've never been able to feel my epiglottis until yesterday evening. My throat is sore and hoarse voice. The sensation of something being stuck was a lot worse yesterday and today. If I flipo or move the epiglottis the sensation goes away, but only until I swallow two or three times. Do I have epiglotitis
