I Have Had The Feeling Of Microscopic Bugs Crawling In

I have had the feeling of microscopic bugs crawling in my right ear and often it feels like there is a liquid coming out of it, but it is dry. Now my right back jaw is hard to open without hurting. It has been going on for weeks. I don't think it is a dental problem, I was just there.
