I Have Had The Flu Started Sunday I Thought It

I have had the flu started Sunday I thought it was a bad headache at first, and then thehorror took over. I'm not have a fever an more. Very little appetite. Low energy When can I get back to normal. I get these random tIngles all over like you do you loose blood flow to a limb.but it is all over for a a few minutes. .Please Advise 51 yr Mom an wife 3kid 13 1618
