I Have Had The Implanon Since The 13/10/15 Periods Have

I have had the implanon since the 13/10/15 periods have been fine until today I was coming off my cycle and when I wiped there was bright pink blood ive had nothing since just stomach back and leg cramps and also bad stomach ache what could this be? I have been having unprotected sex for the past 16 weeks
