I Have Had The Mirena For Almost 4 Years Now.

I have had the mirena for almost 4 years now. For the past year I have had issue with bowl movements. Sometimes I don't have bowl movements for over 3 weeks. I have seen the doctor for this and he done all the test and said everything looked normal. Could this be cause by the mirena?
