I Have Had The Nexplanon For Two Years And One

I have had the nexplanon for two years and one month. I have not had a period since it was inserted. Two weeks ago I had some light spotting then back to nothing. Today I have had some mild bleeding like you would expect at the beginning of a period. Should I be concerned about the effectiveness of my implant? I am a healthy weight. Thanks
