I Have Had These Painful Cluster Of Blisters That Have

I have had these painful cluster of blisters that have been coming up on the back of my neck in my hair line for about a year now. They will get better then in about 2 weeks they will come back. I have been told it was mrsa more than once. Just trying to figure out what it could be.
