I Have Had This Drunk Spaced Out Feeling With Blocked

I have had this drunk spaced out feeling with blocked ears, pressure in cheekbones & each side of my nose.. I have had mild chest infection which has now gone after antibiotics.. I am prone to sinus & havfever.. I think i would feel better if i could get my nose to run.. I am not coughing up anything or have any yucky green phlegm.. I am sick of feeling this way now been 2 weeks don't want another lot of antibiotics if i can help it.
