I Have Had This Lump On My Knee For About

I have had this lump on my knee for about 3 months now. It's on the bottom of my knee cap, and it's white-ish in color and tough. It also itches sometimes. I don't really know what it is, hoping someone can help. Thank you. By the way my right knee (where the lump is) is definitely larger in size than my left.
