I Have Had This Re Accurring Pain In My Neck

I have had this re accurring pain in my neck its like marble behind the base of skull i cant breath my sinuses become stuffy my husband will rub my neck he can feel like a charlie hourse he says and it will move whn he pushes on it then i can breath better for a bit. Ill have good days n really bad days where it makes my head hurt so bad i cant open my eyes. I dont no what this is pain relivers dont help sinus meds dont either. I do have epilpsy but havent had a sezuier now for almost 3yrs. This pain just statred prob about 2mons ago please help wht could it be wht doc should i see i told my primary phisyan she said it sounded like allergies but ive tried every med. Im also a dog groomer so i am moving bending lefting daily so is it a nerve? Or lymp noyd i was reading others comments and it sounds just like as well im just in pain more n more now.
