I Have Had This Urge To Pee A Lot But

I have had this urge to pee a lot but when I do it hurts to try and pee sometimes I don't pee but I have a sharp pain at first I thought it was just an infection but today I went to try and pee again and again I had pain and didn't pee but I still wiped but this time there seemed to be a little brown red spot on the toilet paper but non in my pee so now I'm worried what could this be ?
