I Have Had This Very Small Hard, Painless Unless Pressed

I have had this very small hard, painless unless pressed on and then its a little uncomfortable just left of the large bony mass in the middle. Its not discolored and has been there for well over a year.

I haven't smoke in 2 years although when I did it was very little. Should I be concerned about cancer?
