I Have Had This Weird Looking Zit On The Upper

I have had this weird looking zit on the upper back of my leg for about a week now, and today it started to hurt wheb i wear clothes so i checked it out and what looks like a piece of flesh or dried up skin was hanging in a string like form, so i started trying to take it out but couldnt cause of the pain. After hanging out with my friends for a while i was wearing jeans and when i came back i noticed the piece of flesh is gone and all thats lefy is a weird looking small black hole on my leg, i want to also add that i found it weird that no hair around that zit was growing, and ive got a hairy leg. Any ideas on what it iz?
