I Have Had Three Missed Periods Now. My Urine Test

I have had three missed periods now. My urine test came back negative. My blood test came back with a low white blood count and the doctor prescribed a vaginal yeast infection medicine due to a high risk pregnacy. He wouldn't tell me if i was pregnant or not just that he thinks I have a yeast infection and that my white blood count was low. I don't have any syptoms of a yeast infection. A little before my first period and after I had syptoms left and right of pregnacy. My left ovary felt like it has had pressure ever sence then. I just want to know what that doctor meant by high risk pregnacy and low white blood count.
