I Have Had Three Sebaceous Cysts Removed In My Life.

I have had three sebaceous cysts removed in my life. It was explained to me that they were caused by my own poor medical treatment. For example a large deep pimple I popped with a pin and also a couple blood blisters on my palm that I also popped with a pin. The surgeon explained that it was quite possible I introduced a piece of skin into the area when I poked the pin in and the cyst formed around it. Last month I noticed a similar lump in my butt crack. There is no head so I don't believe it's a pimple. It feels exactly like my previous cysts, about the size of a pea and I can move it under the skin. It feels to be about 1/16" under the skin. There is no pain, swelling or discoloration, other than after I discovered it and proceeded squeezing and inspecting it. I don't have nor have had hemorrhoids before and don't suspect them as the culprit due to the fact that it is about 3 inches from my anus on the bottom of my butt cheek. I have never had a boil before nor do I get pimples on my buttocks. Also I haven't had any injuries such as a blood blister that I have popped like how previous cysts had formed. The lump just suddenly appeared randomly as best as I can recall. I currently have no insurance after being recently laid off and am seeking advice before contacting my normal surgeon again. Any insight would be appreciated.
