I Have Had Thyroid Problems For Quite Awhile, I Have

I have had thyroid problems for quite awhile, I have been losing hair, angry, depressed, anxious, moody, trouble sleeping. My TSH was 15.92 very off in December, my prescription was changed my TSH was 0.02 - had a 3 reading in less then 6 months TSH 0.05. What is really happening?
