I Have Had Tingling In My Finger Tips For A

I have had tingling in my finger tips for a few days, my middle finger tip is itchy and today I am having dizzy spells. I already have FMS and CFS but the medication I take I have been taking a while so it isn't a change in meds - any ideas? Thanks YYYY@YYYY
