I Have Had Tinnitus And Some Hearing Loss Since A

I have had tinnitus and some hearing loss since a virus in November of last year. The tinnitus is really bad but is also accompanied lately by a strange thing. If someone rushes past my ear very quickly or talks directly into my ear there is a strange high frequency whooshing sort of sound. It also happens when I yawn or burp. If I hold my finger and compress my cheek close to the outside of my ear it seems to form a vacuum so that when I release my finger I can hear really well for about 5 seconds. My doctor has checked my blood pressure and my ear specialist can't suggest anything. For several weeks now I have also had a great many frontal headaches some of which have been of the migraine type with or without aura. I do suffer with sinus and rhinitis at times for which I use a nasal spray twice a day, every day. Can you help please?
