I Have Had Tinnitus But It Has Become Louder And

I have had tinnitus but it has become louder and sounds like an electric current or static [my best description].
Further, sometimes I wake up [with a migraine headache] earlier than I want to. I have a history of migraines
but waking up to them is new. I exercise and avoid alcohol. My wife of thirty years died 40 months ago.
I will be 64 yrs old in May.
