I have had to relocate to 33442, Deerfield Beach, FL. I have been given an override for Percocet 10/325 180 tab, and fentanyl 50 mcg. Percocet is daw, fentanyl is not important. I cannot find a doctor in Florida to write this for me. I have had an mri, and had kidney failure. So my back at the age of 55 has osteoarthritis and the mri said my L4/L5 and S1 and laying on top of each other. I cannot continue to go MD shopping. Pharmacy is no problem. THEY SEE BY THE PAIN IN MY FACE THAT I AM NOT LYING!!!!
