I Have Had Toothache For A Week Now, Had An

I have had toothache for a week now, had an appt for the dentist yesterday. The hygienist said she thought it was more to do with the gums than the teeth. She gave the teeth and gums a good cleaning. Which did make them sore. I have been taking Ibuprophen most of this time. But since seeing the dentist I have had a pain under my left side of my jaw. Very painful when the painkillers wear off.
