I Have Had Trigger Point Therapy To Try To Manage

I have had trigger point therapy to try to manage pain in my left shoulder blade and the pain sometimes spreads down my left arm. Today, my pinky and ring fingers are cold but not the others (same left hand). I'm on my computer most of the day - is this related to carpel tunnel?
