I Have Had Two TURP Surgeries But Nothing Helped. I

I have had two TURP surgeries but nothing helped. I am bleeding profusely when I urinate and passing clots. My underwear is stained bright red. Can I live without a prostate? Do I have to wear a catheter for the rest of my life? I am so tired. I sleep daily for four to six hours and all night. I have no energy and haven't left the house for a month. Help. I have an excellent urologist. NO YOU MAY NOT. WHY WOULD I PAY YOU WHEN I CAN GO TO THE DOCTOR TOMORROW. JUST THOUGHT YOU MIGHT COULD SHED SOME LIGHT ON MY PROBLEM.
