I Have Had Two Bumps To Appear On My Skin.

I have had two bumps to appear on my skin. One on my arm,close to my shoulder . And the other kinda by my neck They both were itchy with a yellow center. They have since cleared up,But still itch. I seem to be getting what appears to be another one of these bumps on my chin. HELP PLEASE
