I Have Had Two Different Test One Mri And Ultra

I have had two different test one mri and ultra sound the mri shows nothing but the ultra sound show Piriformis inflamed ,iliopsoas inflamed, inflammation of the bursa and the greater trochanter which test should I use for treatment and what type of doctor
