I Have Had Two Episodes (4 Years Ago) And 4

I have had two episodes (4 years ago) and 4 days ago of temporary loss of vision on right side, and a little later headache on left side of head and behind eyes. upon standing felt lightheaded and nausea.
Also confusion and not able to tell someone information. There is numbness in my head for several days following. I had an MRI of the head 4 years ago and a carotid ultrasound today. I am a 69 year old female. What do my symptoms indicate?
