I Have Had Two Episodes Of Weird Static/squiggly Lines On

I have had two episodes of weird static/squiggly lines on the outsides edges of my eyes (visually). I have been getting mild dizzy spells quite a bit lately too when I get up off the floor or move suddenly. I have on and off episodes of anxiety as well both brought on by an event (flying, crowded spaces, etc.) and when I'm calm with nothing going on.
