I Have Had Two Fainting Episodes With Pants Wetting. They

I have had two fainting episodes with pants wetting. They are 6 months apart. The first time I was Admitted to the hospital overnight. A barrage of blood tests scans blood pressure and sonagrams of my heart and neck artery. Nothing was found. Everything was normal. I am 65. Both times it happened at noon while sitting down to lunch. One bite of food and I was out. BP is 105 over 70. Sugar level was at 90 and 110 respectively. Any ideas?
