I Have Had Two Hard Falls. The Last In June

I have had two hard falls. The last in june of 2014, which I hit my head and had a egg size not . It did break the skin a little. The egg went away within maybe 2 days. About 3-4 days after I fell, I woke up a different person. My lower legs and feet were . stiff and painful. Also I was a little light headed, sometimes the dull headaches make me a little sick at my stomach. And a buzzing in both ears. I have had a brain mri as well as the whole head, they found nothing. Help
