I Have Had Two Heart Attacks Because Of Blood Clots

I have had two heart attacks because of blood clots resulting in 2 stents. I have been having some chest pains and discomfort like a dull ache, also no matter what I do I am hot. Sweating and feeling exhausted. I don't want to go to the ER and wait for hours when it could be nothing. Am I just being paranoid??
