I Have Had Two Knee Scopes One In 2012 And

I have had two knee scopes one in 2012 and the other in 2014. About six months ago I started to have really bad knee pain and stiffness after going on walks or just after a normal day. I went to my ortho surgeon yesterday he did a MRI which showed no meniscus tear but there are signs of severe arthritis and cartilage wear. I am having a lot of discomfort but do not really want a another scope unless necessary
