I Have Had Two Occurrences In The Past 2 Weeks

I have had two occurrences in the past 2 weeks I was doing light work and my heart starts to beat hard, so hard it hurts with each beat. It continues on for a couple of minutes then slowly moves to my head with a significant head ache. I am 65, female, non smoker, non drinker, average weight, 5' 3" and very active. I have just been diagnosed with lupus anti-coagulant or Hughes syndrome and have severe osteo arthritis but I function well wearing a Bu-Trans patch. I have had my heart checked and it came back normal but the specialist is having me take extra blood tests due to sometimes having significant sweats at night. Any ideas would help/
