I Have Had Two Subdural Hematoma's In The Past Year.

I have had two subdural hematoma's in the past year. The last surgery to easy the pressure also resulted in suffering a few seizures and have been on seizure medication. I had my last ct scan for the neurologist and received some of the information today. In it the doctor writes: "Diffuse cortical volume loss is present. The patient is status post right frontal craniotomy, orbits and paranasal sinuses are normal " My question about volume loss is: Will I be a candidate for dementia or Alzeihmers?
