I Have Had Type 1 Diabetes Since Age Two And

I have had type 1 diabetes since age two and am 47 years old. Recently been diagnosed with autonomic neuropathy in urinary system and am now having rapid heart palpitations and have to push to get bowels to come out and they look like little 2 inch worms about 5 or 6 come out. I am thinking it may all be related to diabetic autonomic neuropathy. I wore a zio patch monitor for 14 days and results will come back March 1st
