I Have Had Unprotected Sex Twice This Year, Recently I

I have had unprotected sex twice this year, recently i started feeling a pain in my wrist i had done some sort of lifting before that time but i am concerned about it, I also feel a pain in my wright forearm. I have been very concerned so i have conducted a STD/HIV test and i am awaiting the results, they are supposed to be ready on monday. Please advice me
