I Have Had Urine Leakage When I Cough Or Laugh

I have had urine leakage when I cough or laugh really hard for about 3 years now in the last 2 weeks I have woken up wide awake in the middle of the night then This past month I got my period and it lasted about 10 days 2 weeks later I stared to spot that lasted for 6days then I got a very light period I am 48 years old I believe it's pre-menopause what are your thoughts?
